Tropical Blue Ice Cream

Ingredients:

• 2 cups cottage cheese
• 3 cups frozen pineapple
• 1 tbsp organic blue spirulina
• agave or honey to taste (optional)

Directions:

1. Blend all ingredients in a blender.
2. Freeze for an hour, then serve. Or freeze overnight and allow to thaw for 10-30 mins before serving!
