Green Barley Grass Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1/2 avo
- 1/2 lime (juice of)
- 1 c mango chunks
- 1/4-1/2 tsp green barley grass
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/4 c yogurt
- 1 scoop plain protein powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 c ice water or milk of choice
Directions:
- Blend and enjoy with a drizzle of syrup or honey!
