  • 1/2 avo
  • 1/2 lime (juice of)
  • 1 c mango chunks
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp green barley grass
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/4 c yogurt
  • 1 scoop plain protein powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 c ice water or milk of choice


  1. Blend and enjoy with a drizzle of syrup or honey!
