Strawberry Protein Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
- Frozen strawberries
- Fresh banana
- Almond milk
- Handful raw almonds by Ellie’s Best
- 1 tsp Vital 7 Mushroom Blend by Brilliant Superfoods / Ellie’s Best
- Collagen peptides and whey protein (per container instructions per serving)
- Splash of honey
- Chia seeds
- Crushed ice
Instructions:
- Add frozen strawberries, fresh banana, almond milk, raw almonds, Vital 7 Mushroom Blend, collagen peptides, whey protein, honey, chia seeds, and crushed ice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Enjoy right away.
- Top with your favorite toppings. They use a nutty granola blend.
