Strawberry Protein Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • Frozen strawberries
  • Fresh banana
  • Almond milk
  • Handful raw almonds by Ellie’s Best
  • 1 tsp Vital 7 Mushroom Blend by Brilliant Superfoods / Ellie’s Best
  • Collagen peptides and whey protein (per container instructions per serving)
  • Splash of honey
  • Chia seeds
  • Crushed ice

Instructions:

  1. Add frozen strawberries, fresh banana, almond milk, raw almonds, Vital 7 Mushroom Blend, collagen peptides, whey protein, honey, chia seeds, and crushed ice to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy right away.
  4. Top with your favorite toppings. They use a nutty granola blend.
