St Pattys Day Smoothie Bowl


  • 1/2 frozen avocado
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 2 cups kale
  • splash of nut milk
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp green barley grass powder
  • sweeten to taste (maple, stevia or honey)


  1. Add to a blender and blend until smooooth. 
  2. Top with granola, berries, etc. whatever you like!
