Hydrating Green Drink
Ingredients:
- 1 english cucumber
- 1 large lemon, remove most of the peel
- 1 red apple
- 4 stalks of celery
- 3 large kale leafs
- 3 cups cold water
Directions:
- Roughly chop vegetables and add to a blender
- Start blending slowly then for about a minute on high speed until you get a smooth consistency
- Place the nut milk bag inside the pitcher and pour the juice
- Tie the drawstring then begin twisting and squeezing the juice into the pitcher until all the liquid is out
- Store in the fridge for up to 4 days!
