Hydrating Green Drink


  • 1 english cucumber
  • 1 large lemon, remove most of the peel
  • 1 red apple
  • 4 stalks of celery
  • 3 large kale leafs
  • 3 cups cold water


  1. Roughly chop vegetables and add to a blender
  2. Start blending slowly then for about a minute on high speed until you get a smooth consistency 
  3. Place the nut milk bag inside the pitcher and pour the juice
  4. Tie the drawstring then begin twisting and squeezing the juice into the pitcher until all the liquid is out
  5. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days!
