Pink Berry Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1 tsp Ellie’s Best Beet Root Juice Powder 
  • 1/2 cup organic blueberries
  • 2–3 tbsp granola
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds
  • Drizzle of honey (optional)

Instructions:

 

  1. In a bowl, stir the beet root powder into the coconut yogurt until fully mixed and vibrant.
  2. Gently mix in a few blueberries.
  3. Top with granola, remaining blueberries, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, and chia seeds.
  4. Drizzle honey over the top if desired.
  5. Grab a spoon and dig in!
