
Pink Berry Yogurt Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 tsp Ellie’s Best Beet Root Juice Powder
- 1/2 cup organic blueberries
- 2–3 tbsp granola
- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds
- Drizzle of honey (optional)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, stir the beet root powder into the coconut yogurt until fully mixed and vibrant.
- Gently mix in a few blueberries.
- Top with granola, remaining blueberries, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, and chia seeds.
- Drizzle honey over the top if desired.
- Grab a spoon and dig in!
