
Blended Blue Oat Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups rolled oats (old fashioned)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1/4 cup Peanut butter
- 1/2 tbsp blue spirulina powder from Ellie’s Best
Directions:
1.Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth
2.Serve immediately or leave to soak overnight for creamier consistency
3.Top with fruits, seeds and nuts of choice!
