Peach protein smoothie

Ingredients:



  • 1 cup frozen peach slices
  • 1/2 cup frozen kale
  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (we use plant based)
  • 1 cup plant based milk of choice
  • 1 scoop of peanut butter
  • 1 generous tsp vital 7 mushroom blend from

 

Directions:

1. Blend it all together and enjoy!
