Peach protein smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen peach slices
- 1/2 cup frozen kale
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (we use plant based)
- 1 cup plant based milk of choice
- 1 scoop of peanut butter
- 1 generous tsp vital 7 mushroom blend from
Directions:
1. Blend it all together and enjoy!
