Overnight Pumpkin Spice Oats

Ingredients:
(serves 2)
  • 2 cups oats
  • 4-5 cups milk (we use oat)
  • 1/2 tbsp Vital 7 Blend (Mushrooms) from @elliesbest
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • sweetener optional
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree (we use canned)
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice

Directions:

1. Mix ingredients well before storing in fridge overnight (covered).
