Overnight Pumpkin Spice Oats
Ingredients:
(serves 2)
- 2 cups oats
- 4-5 cups milk (we use oat)
- 1/2 tbsp Vital 7 Blend (Mushrooms) from @elliesbest
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- sweetener optional
- 1 cup pumpkin puree (we use canned)
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients well before storing in fridge overnight (covered).
