Frozen Pumpkin Spice S’mores
Ingredients:
- Graham crackers
- Cocowhip (or cool whip)
- Peanut butter
- Dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp Mushroom powder
- Pumpkin pie spice
- Cinnamon
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, add cocowhip, peanut butter, mushroom powder, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon. Mix well.
2. Set cocowhip mixture in fridge while you melt the dark chocolate chips. Spread onto each cracker.
3. Add the cocowhip mixture onto the chocolate covered cracker and add another cracker on top like a sandwich.
4. Place in the freezer for about an hour or until the cocowhip is frozen.
