Ingredients:

-1cup mixed berries 

-1 banana 

-splash of syrup/sweetener

-milk of choice 

-1tsp Ellies Best Pink Pitaya powder 

-1tsp Lions Mane Powder

-1tsp chia seeds

-seed or nut better (optional)
