Mango Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 banana
  • splash of milk
  • sweetener of choice
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 3 tbsp oat fiber

Directions: 

1. Blend ingredients, top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
