Mango Turmeric Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 tsp turmeric extract
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 banana
- splash of milk
- sweetener of choice
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 3 tbsp oat fiber
Directions:
1. Blend ingredients, top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
