Leftover Almond Pulp Granola
Ingredients:
- The almond-meal oat crunch has the leftover almond meal (from 2 cups almonds)
 - 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
 - about 2-3 tbsp coconut sugar
 - a sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg
 - 3-4 tbsp raisins
 - 1/3 cups coconut oil (melted)
 
Directions:
1. mix on a baking tray and baked on high (375F) for about 20 mins or til slightly browned.
