Blue Foam Matcha

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp matcha
  • oat milk
  • 1 tsp blue spirulina (Ellie’s Best)
  • heavy cream

Directions:

1. Make your matcha and add to oat milk or milk of choice. 

2. Add your spirulina to your heavy cream and whip together until foamy.

3. Pour your matcha into a glass and top with your blue foam.
