Lavender Superfood Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1 Tsp Pink Pitaya 
  • 1 Tsp Blue Spirulina
  • 1 Tsp Hemp Seeds
  • 3/4 Cup Aloe Vera Juice
  • 1/4 Cup Frozen Raspberries
  • Handful of Spinach
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

Directions:

  1. Blend ingredients
  2. Pour in cup or a bowl, this is a thicker smoothie 🥄
  3. Garnish with sliced banana and hemp hearts if you like!
