Lavender Superfood Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 Tsp Pink Pitaya
- 1 Tsp Blue Spirulina
- 1 Tsp Hemp Seeds
- 3/4 Cup Aloe Vera Juice
- 1/4 Cup Frozen Raspberries
- Handful of Spinach
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
Directions:
- Blend ingredients
- Pour in cup or a bowl, this is a thicker smoothie 🥄
- Garnish with sliced banana and hemp hearts if you like!
