Instant Pot Bone Broth

Ingredients:

  • Whole rotisserie chicken bones with minimal meat left 
  • 2 whole large carrots
  • Half a white onion 
  • A small bunch of fresh parsley 
  • Dried or fresh spices of choice (used dried thyme, onion powder, basil, oregano) and season with your heart
  • 2 big cloves of garlic cut in half 
  • Water (enough to cover the chicken bones completely)
  • Ellie’s Best nut milk bag 

(You can add whatever veggies or spices  you have! There’s a lot of freedom with this recipe, put whatever you want😊) 

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients into instant pot.
  2. Set the instant pot on high for 2 hours.
  3. Let cool completely before straining.
  4. Place your bag inside a big bowl and strain the broth through the bag.
  5. Pour into mason jars and store in fridge.
  6. Add salt when done for some more flavor.
