Honeyed Lion's Mane Infusion

Honeyed Lion's Mane Infusion

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger (or adjust to taste)
  • 1-2 teaspoons of lion's mane mushroom extract powder (adjust to your preferred potency)
  • 1-2 tablespoons of raw honey (adjust to your desired sweetness)
  • 1 cup of hot water (not boiling, around 160-180°F or 71-82°C)

Directions:

  1. Start by finely mincing the fresh ginger. You can use more or less depending on your preference for ginger flavor.

  2. In a heat-resistant cup or mug, add the minced ginger.

  3. Sprinkle the lion's mane mushroom extract powder over the minced ginger.

  4. Heat water to the desired temperature (160-180°F or 71-82°C), and pour it into the cup over the ginger and mushroom extract.

  5. Stir the mixture well to ensure the mushroom extract powder and ginger are well combined with the hot water.

  6. Allow the tea to steep for about 3-5 minutes. Steeping time can be adjusted based on your preference for ginger strength and mushroom flavor.

  7. After steeping, add raw honey to the tea, adjusting the amount to your desired level of sweetness.

  8. Stir the tea until the honey has fully dissolved.

  9. Let the tea cool slightly to a comfortable drinking temperature.

  10. Sip and savor your ginger and lion's mane mushroom tea. It's a comforting and potentially beneficial beverage that combines the warmth of ginger, the sweetness of honey, and the potential cognitive benefits of lion's mane mushroom.

Enjoy this tea as a soothing and nourishing drink to start your day or relax in the evening!
