Honey Cinnamon Almond Milk

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 c pre-soaked almonds

  • 3 c clean drinking water

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 2-3 tbsp honey

  • Pinch of salt (used vanilla bean salt )

  • Ellies Best Nut Milk Bag

 


1. Soak your almonds in water for 3 hours or overnight to soften them up
2. Add you water, almonds, vanilla, cinnamon, honey, and salt to a blender and blend until smooth
3. Strain your almond milk from the pulp using a cheese cloth, tea towel, or nut milk bag (here I’m using my favorite nut milk bag from @elliesbest )
4. Transfer to a container and store in the fridge for 5-7 days
