Chocolate Pumpkin Protein Cakes
Ingredients:
- 1 can puree pumpkin
- 2-3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 2/3 cup nut milk
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/3 cup chocolate protein powder (2-3 scoops)
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
1.Simply mix everything together
2. Distribute the batter into a lined 12-cup muffin tin, and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
3. Serve with Greek yogurt, berries, or any of your favorite toppings.
