Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
- 1 cup organic vanilla oat milk
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 scoops of collagen (optional)
- 1 tbsp of Ellie's Best Pink Pitaya powder
- Small splash of pure vanilla extract
Directions:
- Combine all the ingredients above in a mason jar or bowl.
- Cover + let sit in the fridge overnight.
- Top with raspberries + Nutsola cherry max superfood mix and enjoy!
