Chia Pudding


  • 1 cup organic vanilla oat milk⁠
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds⁠
  • 2 scoops of collagen (optional)⁠
  • 1 tbsp of Ellie's Best Pink Pitaya powder⁠
  • Small splash of pure vanilla extract⁠


  1. Combine all the ingredients above in a mason jar or bowl.
  2.  Cover + let sit in the fridge overnight.⁠
  3. Top with raspberries + Nutsola cherry max superfood mix and enjoy!
