Blue Spirulina yogurt pops


  • 1 can full fat coconut cream
  • 1 cup yogurt of choice (I used Vanilla Bean Cashew & Coconut Yogurt)
  • 1 tsp blue Spirulina from Ellie's Best
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Cookies with cream of choice (I used Cocoa Cashew
  • Creme Sandwich cookies)
  • Optional: chocolate chips


  1. Add your cookies in a bag and break them apart then set aside for when we add it to the mixture.
  2. In a large bowl, add can of coconut cream, yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
  3. Split it into two separate bowls. Add Blue Spirulina to one of the bowls. Add cookies and chocolate chips into each bowl and mix until well combined.
  4. Ice cream mold layers: white, blue, white, blue. If you don't have ice cream molds, then you can make it in a regular bowl!
  5. Add to the freezer for more than 4 hours. I kept them in the freezer overnight.
