Blue Spirulina yogurt pops
Ingredients:
- 1 can full fat coconut cream
- 1 cup yogurt of choice (I used Vanilla Bean Cashew & Coconut Yogurt)
- 1 tsp blue Spirulina from Ellie's Best
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Cookies with cream of choice (I used Cocoa Cashew
- Creme Sandwich cookies)
- Optional: chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Add your cookies in a bag and break them apart then set aside for when we add it to the mixture.
- In a large bowl, add can of coconut cream, yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
- Split it into two separate bowls. Add Blue Spirulina to one of the bowls. Add cookies and chocolate chips into each bowl and mix until well combined.
- Ice cream mold layers: white, blue, white, blue. If you don't have ice cream molds, then you can make it in a regular bowl!
- Add to the freezer for more than 4 hours. I kept them in the freezer overnight.
