Blue-Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1/2 tbsp blue spirulina powder (from Ellie’s Best)
  • Handful raw almonds (we use blanched)
  • Protein or other supplemental nutrition powders (plain or vanilla flavor)
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • Crushed ice (or skip if using frozen fruit)

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
