Blue-Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 large ripe banana
- 1/2 tbsp blue spirulina powder (from Ellie’s Best)
- Handful raw almonds (we use blanched)
- Protein or other supplemental nutrition powders (plain or vanilla flavor)
- 1 cup oat milk
- Crushed ice (or skip if using frozen fruit)
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
