Beet Bliss Chia Seed Pudding
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp beet root juice powder
- 1 tsp date syrup
- Mix all ingredients and keep stirring for a few mins so as to avoid the chia seeds clumping up.
- Let sit in the fridge for at least an hour or preferably overnight.
- Garnish with raspberry, pumpkin seeds, and bee pollen!
