Beet Bliss Chia Seed Pudding


  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp beet root juice powder
  • 1 tsp date syrup


  1. Mix all ingredients and keep stirring for a few mins so as to avoid the chia seeds clumping up. 
  2. Let sit in the fridge for at least an hour or preferably overnight. 
  3. Garnish with raspberry, pumpkin seeds, and bee pollen!
