
Almond Meal Oat Crunch
Ingredients:
- leftover almond meal (from 2 cups almonds - Ellies Best Raw Sweet Almonds)

1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- about 2-3 tbsp coconut sugar
- a sprinkle of cinnamon nutmeg
- 3-4 tbsp raisins
- 1/3 cups coconut oil (melted)
Directions:
- Mix everything on a baking tray and bake on high (375F) for about 20 mins or til slightly browned.
