4th of July protein cups

Ingredients:

 

Filling:

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop protein
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 2 tsp beet root powder (@elliesbest)
  • 1 tbs honey

 

White chocolate shell:

  • 2/3 cup white chocolate
  • 1 tbs coconut oil
  • 4 tsp blue spirulina (@elliesbest)

Directions:

1. Melt 2/3 white chocolate shell & 1 tbs coconut oil together, add in 2 tsp blue spirulina and mix together.

2.Pour into cups and use a spoon to spread up along the edges of the cup.

3.Freeze for 10 min.

4.Mix together filling ingredients and use a small spoon to place and flatten on top of white chocolate shell.

5.Make the same amount of white chocolate w/ spirulina and pour on top, using a spoon to spread the chocolate over evenly.

6.Place in the fridge for 1-2 hrs and enjoy!

Each one has:

144 cals | 7g protein | 14g carb | 7g fat
