Vanilla cinnamon cashew milk
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups cashews soaked (I soaked them for 30 minutes in boiling water)
- 3 cups of filtered water
- 2 dates
- 1 1/2 tsp of vanilla
- Pinch of sea salt
- Cinnamon (I did 2 shakes but add as much as you like)
- Optional: add maple syrup for more sweetness
- Optional: add 1 tbsp of coconut cream to make it creamier (use it as a coffee creamer)
Instructions:
1. Add cashews, water, dates, vanilla, sea salt and cinnamon to a blender and blend until smooth. (About 30 seconds - 1 minute)
2. Strain the cashew milk using a nut milk bag.(Ellie’s Best is the only one I use, it’s the best!)
3. Add to a glass bottle and store in the fridge for about 3-4 days!
