Turmeric Oatmeal
Immune boosting turmeric oats 🧡🍂
Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup quick cook steel oats
• 3/4 cup water
• 1/2 cup homemade almond milk
• Agave syrup
• 1/2 tsp turmeric
• Scoop vanilla yogurt
• Fruit toppings here: Figs and banana
Directions:
1. Boil the water in a small saucepan.
2. Add oats and cook on low for 7 mins.
3. Stir turmeric into milk, then pour over oats and cook on low for another 5-7 mins.
4. Pour into serving bowl. Top with agave syrup, yogurt and fruits of choice. We sprinkled some of our delicious roasted almond meal for the extra crunch.
