Spiced Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp Ellie’s Best vital 7 blend mushroom extract
  • Agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Couple tbsp dried / fresh fruit

 

Directions:


1.Add ingredients to a saucepan and cook on low heat until smooth and consistent.

2.Enjoy with toppings of choice 😊
