Spiced Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp Ellie’s Best vital 7 blend mushroom extract
- Agave syrup
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Couple tbsp dried / fresh fruit
Directions:
1.Add ingredients to a saucepan and cook on low heat until smooth and consistent.
2.Enjoy with toppings of choice 😊
