Simple Homemade Almond Milk
Ingredients:
- 2 cups almonds
- 4 cups filtered water
- Dash of fine salt
- Dash of cinnamon powder
- Splash of vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Soak nuts overnight, then rinse and drain.
- Add the almonds, filtered water, salt, cinnamon powder, and vanilla extract to a high-power blender.
- Blend.
- Strain using Ellie’s nutmilk bag over a large bowl.
- Keep reserves to make delicious snacks / granola and store milk in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 5 days.
