Simple Homemade Almond Milk

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almonds
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • Dash of fine salt
  • Dash of cinnamon powder
  • Splash of vanilla extract

Instructions:

 

  1. Soak nuts overnight, then rinse and drain.
  2. Add the almonds, filtered water, salt, cinnamon powder, and vanilla extract to a high-power blender.
  3. Blend.
  4. Strain using Ellie’s nutmilk bag over a large bowl.
  5. Keep reserves to make delicious snacks / granola and store milk in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 5 days.
