Simple banana overnight oats

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of oats 
  • 3/4 cup oat milk or nut milk/milk of choice
  • 1/2 banana (cut up or mashed)
  • 2tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4tsp cinnamon 
  • 1/4tsp vanilla extract

 

Directions: 

1. Mix together in a cup or a jar

2. Set in the fridge overnight 

3. Take out in the morning and enjoy!
