Red white & blue protein cake
Ingredients:
(Cake)
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 2 tbs maple syrup
- 2 scoops protein powder (I used @levelsprotein)
- 1 tbs spirulina powder (@elliesbest )
- 1 tbs beet juice powder ( @elliesbest)
(Frosting)
- 3/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1 tbs maple syrup
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 4 Oz cream cheese + fruits of choice

Directions:
1. Mix cake ingredients in a bowl.
2. Separate half into another bowl.
3. Mix in spirulina to one bowl and beet powder in the other.
4. Transfer to load pans and bake at 350 for 15-20 min. Let cool.
4. Blend the first two frosting ingredients in blender then whip in the protein & cream cheese.
5.Cover bottom cake layer then add the other cake on top.
6. Top with fruits and enjoy πΒ
