Berrylicious Treasure Bowl

Ingredients:

(Smoothie ingredients)

  • 1.5 cups frozen banana slices
  • 1.5 cups frozen raspberries
  • 3 dried dates
  • 1 cup homemade unsweetened almond milk (made with Ellie’s Best Nut Milk Bag)
  • 1 Tb mixed berry superfood powder 

Toppings:

  •  4 large halved strawberries
  •  5 halved kiwi berries
  •  2 tsp buckinis (organic buckwheat kernels)
  •  a heaped tsp cacao nibs
  • Some raw almonds

 

 Directions:

  1. Blend smoothie ingredients until creamy with little to no date pieces and add to a bowl.
  2. Add toppings and enjoy! 😊
