Pistachio Energy Bites

Ingredients:

  • 5 pitted dates
  • 1/3 cup pistachios 
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup coconut butter
  • 1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tsp turmeric extract
  • 1 dash of cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor 
  2. Mix until ingredients seem to all be equally chopped into similar sizes
  3. Shape into balls, set in fridge to cool
  4. Sprinkle with chopped pistachio and enjoy!
