Pistachio Energy Bites
Ingredients:
- 5 pitted dates
- 1/3 cup pistachios
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup coconut butter
- 1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric extract
- 1 dash of cinnamon
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a food processor
- Mix until ingredients seem to all be equally chopped into similar sizes
- Shape into balls, set in fridge to cool
- Sprinkle with chopped pistachio and enjoy!
