One-pot Chicken Alfredo
Ingredients:
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1-2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp each mushroom powder ( from Ellie’s Best) and black pepper (add extra at the end to taste)
- 8oz fettuccine pasta
- 6-8oz freshly grated Parmesan
Directions:
- Bring broth, cream, garlic, seasonings and fettuccine to a boil
- Then crack the lid and turn down to a simmer until al dente
- Turn off the heat, add Parmesan and stir until melted
- Enjoy!
