Mother’s Day strawberry bark

Ingredients:



• Strawberries, washed and dried (I used 4 large strawberries)

• runny natural peanut butter (I used 1/2 cup @costco organic peanut butter)

• pink chocolate (I used 1/2 cup melted white chocolate + @elliesbest beet powder)

• edible flower petals (I used @suncorefoods rose petals) 

• optional: natural sprinkles

Directions:

1. Cut the stems off of the strawberries, and cut into even slices. Arrange the strawberry slice on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

2. Pour the peanut butter over the strawberries and spread out to cover the strawberries evenly. Place in the freezer for 5 minutes to help the peanut butter set.

3. Pour the chocolate over the peanut butter and spread out to cover completely. Before the chocolate hardens, add edible flowers and sprinkles (if desired).

4. Place in the fridge or freezer for 30 minutes (freezer makes the strawberries freeze but if you prefer softer strawberries keep in the refrigerator). Break into slices and enjoy!
