Morning Oat Bowl

Ingredients:



Toppings:

  • with yogurt
  • wild blueberries
  • maple syrup
  • almond butter
  • dates
  • flax
  • hemp hearts
  • homemade Almond Milk using Ellie’s Best Nut Milk Bag

Oats

  • 1/3 Cup GF oats
  • 2 Tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 Scoop  Protein Powder
  • 1/2 Chopped Apple
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk

Directions:

1. Using a pot of your choice add in water and homemade almond milk.


2. Bring oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, a pinch of himalayan salt, and the chopped apple to medium heat.

3. When it begins to boil, reduce to a simmer.


4. Once cooked (stir for about 15 minutes), add in protein power and top with whatever your heart desires!
