Easter Oats

Easter Oats


  • 1 1/2 cup coconut milk (try homemade!)
  • 1 tsp blue spirulina 
  • 3/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • splash vanilla extract
  • dash of salt
  • dash of ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut


  1.  Bring milk to boil in a saucepan
  2. Whisk in spirulina powder
  3. Add oats, coconut and banana
  4. Simmer for a few mins on low heat until oats soak up most of the milk before adding your spices, vanilla and salt
  5. Cut the heat and cover for that extra fluff. Serve warm, with your choice of nut butter (we use peanut butter) or yogurt and toppings of choice (we go with more coconut, dark chocolate mini easter eggs and a milk chocolate bunny)
