Dragonfruit Nice Cream

Ingredients:

• 2 frozen bananas in chunks
• 1 tbsp coconut cream
• 1 tsp maple syrup
• 1 tbsp pink pitaya

Directions:

1. Blend banana, coconut cream and syrup. You may need to stop to stir ingredients occasionally, each blender is different. You can also use a food processor. 
2. Add pink pitaya powder once ingredients are smoothly blending together.
3. Top with fresh fruit or chocolate chunks!
