Butterfinger bites

Ingredients/Directions:


1. Mix 1 cup peanut butter, 1/4 cup honey, 1.5 cup cornflake cereal and one scoop of vanilla protein powder.

 

2. Scoop and form into 14-16 logs onto parchment paper.

 

3. Freeze for 2 hours.

 

4. Then melt 2/3 cup white chocolate w/ 1/2 tbs coconut oil.

 

5.Separate into 2 bowls, add 1 tsp blue spirulina (@elliesbest) to one bowl and 1 tsp Ellie’s Best red beet powder to the other bowl.

 

6.Dip half the pb logs in each in melted chocolate bowl.

 

7. Place in fridge for 10 min to
