Blue Wave Refresher


  • 1/2 tsp Blue Spirulina
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1tsp Maple Syrup (or other sweetener)
  • Juice of 1 Lemon (approx. 2 Tbsp)
  • Filtered Water


Add first 4 ingredients into 16oz bottle or jar and fill the bottle with filtered water. Place in fridge overnight to chill and plump the chia seeds. Shake and enjoy!
