Blue Overnight Oats


  • 1 cup oat milk or milk of choice
  • 2-4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 tbsp Blue Spirulina


  • Mix oat milk and Blue Spirulina
  • Stir in oats and chia seeds
  • Store in the fridge overnight
  • Add toppings of choice and enjoy!
