Blue Iced Espresso
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of oat milk
- 2 shots of espresso
- 1 tsp blue spirulina
- 2 pumps hazelnut syrup
- 1 - 2 cups ice
Directions:
- Pour 2 shots of fresh espresso into a 16oz glass
- Add two pumps of hazelnut syrup, then stir
- Fill cup with ice
- Foam your oat milk and add the blue spirulina to it, mid foaming
( you can use an electric mixer ) - Pour blue foam over your iced espresso and stir then enjoy!
