Blue Iced Espresso


  • 1 cup of oat milk
  • 2 shots of espresso
  • 1 tsp blue spirulina
  • 2 pumps hazelnut syrup
  • 1 - 2 cups ice


  1. Pour 2 shots of fresh espresso into a 16oz glass
  2. Add two pumps of hazelnut syrup, then stir
  3. Fill cup with ice
  4. Foam your oat milk and add the blue spirulina to it, mid foaming
    ( you can use an electric mixer )
  5. Pour blue foam over your iced espresso and stir then enjoy!
