Blue Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups Canned Coconut Milk
 - 2 tbsps Blue Spirulina
 - 1/3 cup Chia Seeds
 - 2 tbsps Maple Syrup
 - 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
 - 1/4 cup Mango (Chopped)
 - 1/3 cup Granola
 - 1 tbsp Goji Berries
 - 2 tbsps Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
 
Directions:
- In a glass jar whisk together full fat coconut milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, salt and blue spirulina. Let mixture sit in fridge for a few hours or overnight to allow for a pudding like consistency.
 - Once the pudding is ready add your fruit toppings, granola, coconut and goji berries. You can switch this up how you'd like!
