Blue Chia Seed Pudding


  • 1 1/2  cups Canned Coconut Milk
  • 2 tbsps Blue Spirulina 
  • 1/3 cup Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsps Maple Syrup 
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt 
  • 1/4 cup Mango (Chopped)
  • 1/3 cup Granola 
  • 1 tbsp Goji Berries 
  • 2 tbsps Unsweetened Shredded Coconut


  1.  In a glass jar whisk together full fat coconut milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, salt and blue spirulina. Let mixture sit in fridge for a few hours or overnight to allow for a pudding like consistency.
  2. Once the pudding is ready add your fruit toppings, granola, coconut and goji berries. You can switch this up how you'd like!
