1/4 cup chopped beet
1/4 cup chopped carrot
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 inch piece of fresh ginger root
2 inch piece of fresh turmeric root
1/2 lemon peeled
1.Blend ingredients really well with 1/4 cup of water and strain into a glass using @elliesbest nut milk bag.
2.Toss it back and feel your cells jumping for joy while hugging you💓💓💓
3.Use your leftover pulp right away in a smoothie or store in your freezer for later.
