- Handful of steamed then frozen cauliflower
- 1 frozen banana
- Handful of frozen spinach
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 scoop of collagen peptides
- Homemade almond milk (Used until it reaches the desired consistency)
Topped with 1 tbsp chia/flax blend, banana nut butter granola, and peanut butter drizzle!
