Quick Blueberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • Handful of steamed then frozen cauliflower
  • 1 frozen banana
  • Handful of frozen spinach
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 scoop of collagen peptides
  • Homemade almond milk (Used until it reaches the desired consistency)
Topped with 1 tbsp chia/flax blend, banana nut butter granola, and peanut butter drizzle!
