- 3 eggs⠀
- 3 bananas⠀
- 1 shredded zucchini
- Vanilla extract⠀
- 1/2 tbs cinnamon⠀
- 2 cups blanched almond flour⠀
- ¼ tsp salt⠀
- 1 tsp baking soda⠀
- Mix all the wet ingredients together. *Chop 1 zucchini in the food processor then squeeze out the water in your Bigger Better Nut Milk Bag*
- Then add the dry & mix into well combined.
- Bake at 350 F for about 50 minutes.
- Top with one with tahini, PB, figs, pumpkin seeds, and honey.
