Zucchini Bread

Instructions

  • 3 eggs⁠⠀
  • 3 bananas⁠⠀
  • 1 shredded zucchini
  • Vanilla extract⁠⠀
  • 1/2 tbs cinnamon⁠⠀
  • 2 cups blanched almond flour⁠⠀
  • ¼ tsp salt⁠⠀
  • 1 tsp baking soda⁠⠀

Instructions

  1. Mix all the wet ingredients together. *Chop 1 zucchini in the food processor then squeeze out the water in your Bigger Better Nut Milk Bag*
  2. Then add the dry & mix into well combined.
  3. Bake at 350 F for about 50 minutes.
  4. Top with one with tahini, PB, figs, pumpkin seeds, and honey⁠.
