Veggie Pizza with Homemade Almond Pulp Flatbread

Veggie Pizza with Homemade Almond Pulp Flatbread.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup almond pulp
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons tapioca starch
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil

 

Directions:

  1. Mix together and roll out with a rolling pin, cook at 350° until golden brown on top.
  2. Then adorn with toppings and enjoy!
