Veganuary Smoothie!


  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 Cup mixed berries
  • 1/3 cup kale
  • 1/3 cup mixed greens
  • 1 tsp barley grass powder @elliesbest
  •  A pinch of chia and flax seeds


  1. Add 1 whole banana, mixed berries, kale, mixed greens, barely grass powder, Chia and Flax seeds to blender.
  2. Blend till consistency of choice.
  3. Pour & Enjoy!
