Vanilla Pear Avocado Protein Shake


  • 1 1/2- 2 cups homemade almond milk
  • 2 ripe pears, sliced and frozen
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup frozen baby spinach 
  • handful of mint leaves (optional)
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder


  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and process until smooth and creamy, adding more almond milk as needed to reach desired consistency.
  2. Enjoy!
