Vanilla Pear Avocado Protein Shake
- 1 1/2- 2 cups homemade almond milk
- 2 ripe pears, sliced and frozen
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup frozen baby spinach
- handful of mint leaves (optional)
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and process until smooth and creamy, adding more almond milk as needed to reach desired consistency.
