- 1 cup homemade almond milk
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- a shake of black pepper
- Heat nut milk and pour into blender.
- Add 1/2 tbsp coconut oil + 1/2 tsp turmeric + 1/8 tsp cinnamon + 1/2 tsp vanilla + a shake of black pepper (so your body can better absorb the turmeric!)
- Blend on high for a couple seconds & enjoy!
