Turmeric Latte

This anti-inflammatory Superfood concoction was too good not to share!! 🧡☕️

H O M E M A D E  N U T M I L K

  • handful of raw almonds
  • 1tbsp raw pepitas
  • 1.5c fresh filtered water
  • Himalayan pink salt

Directions:

  1. Soak a handful of almonds & 1tbsp raw pepitas overnight in water.
  2. Drain & blend activated nuts in a blender with 1.5c fresh filtered water + himalayan pink salt
  3. Strain into a bowl using an @elliesbest nut milk bag🕺🏻

T U R M E R I C  L A T T E

  • Nut milk from recipe above
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil 🥥
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • a shake of black pepper
  • some collagen (optional)

Directions:

  1. Heat nut milk and pour back into blender
  2. Add 1/2tbsp coconut oil🥥 + 1/2tsp turmeric + 1/8tsp cinnamon + 1/2 tsp vanilla + a shake of black pepper (so your body can better absorb the turmeric!) +  collagen for some added protein👏🏼
  3. Blend on high for a couple seconds & enjoy!💓
